Shipping & Returns
- Our courier usually delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours (off during public holiday) and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address. Please contact evee Customer Service. should you have any questions about your order.
- Delivery Date and Time will automatically arranged by our team, any specific date and time may contact evee Customer Service. The number of days for shipping will be calculated after the items ready to send.
- Order will be processed after the fullpayment recipt is stated to us. NOT the date of your order. We will inform the shipping code, so you can track your shipping progress, evee will also not responsible for any damage or loss items from the shipping company.
- Please note that delivery can take longer during holidays, launching seasons, and some certain circumstances. We will try our best to minimize any custom delays for our international customers.
- We ship from Surabaya, Indonesia.
- No Exchange, No Return, No Alteration. So please check your order carefully. Any misspelling or lacking information is not our responsibility. Please contact evee team Customer Service if you find any problem regarding the items.
- The only accept return if customers find any defects in our items in terms of our missed quality control. Please note that customers should provide the shipping fee return to us, and we will re-send a new item in our expense.

Pick up in Store
- Evee offers you the possibility to pick up for free in a boutique the items you ordered online.
- During the checkout process select “Pick Up In Store” You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the boutique.
- In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

• The shipping confirmation email
